Terms of Use

1.General provisions

1.1. This Terms of Use agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between VELMIRU AGENCY (hereinafter — the "Agency", the "Operator") and any person using the website kryxre.ru (hereinafter — the "Site", the "User").

1.2. Use of the Site, including filling out and submitting the "Submit Resume" form, constitutes the User's full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with any of the terms, they must stop using the Site.

1.3. The Agency may amend this Agreement at any time. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site, unless the new version provides otherwise.

2.Definitions

2.1. Site — the internet resource located at kryxre.ru, including all of its pages and sections.

2.2. User — any legally capable individual visiting the Site and/or filling out a job application form.

2.3. Services — the Agency's activity of matching Users with vacancies and forwarding their resumes to Employers with whom the Agency has relevant agreements.

2.4. Employer — a legal entity or sole proprietor cooperating with the Agency on staff recruitment matters.

3.Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Agency provides the User with access to the Site's functionality, including the ability to submit a resume and apply to posted vacancies.

3.2. Vacancy-matching services are provided to the User free of charge. The Employer pays for recruitment services under a separate agreement with the Agency.

3.3. The Agency selects matching vacancies based on the data provided by the User in the application form and the attached resume, but does not guarantee that the User will be hired by any specific Employer.

4.Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Agency undertakes to:

• review the resume submitted through the form on the Site and contact the User within a reasonable time;
• forward the resume to Employers only for specific matching vacancies;
• inform the User of the vacancy's conditions before sending their resume to the Employer.

4.2. The Agency has the right to:

• refuse further consideration of an application if the information provided turns out to be inaccurate;
• keep the User's resume on file to offer future matching vacancies, unless the User has requested its deletion;
• change the list of vacancies posted on the Site without prior notice.

4.3. The User undertakes to:

• provide accurate information about themselves when filling out the form and in the attached resume;
• not use the Site for purposes unrelated to job seeking (spam, advertising, unauthorized access attempts, etc.).

5.Liability of the parties

5.1. The Agency is not responsible for an Employer's decisions to invite, reject, or set employment terms for the User — such decisions are made by the Employer independently.

5.2. The Agency does not guarantee that using the Site will result in the User's employment, and is not responsible for the completeness or accuracy of vacancy content posted on behalf of Employers.

5.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and the content of their resume.

5.4. The Agency is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the Site caused by technical failures, server maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6.Intellectual property

6.1. All materials on the Site — text, design, graphic elements, logo — are the intellectual property of the Agency or are used by it on lawful grounds.

6.2. Use of the Site's materials without the Agency's prior written consent is not permitted, except for personal, non-commercial use (for example, when applying for a vacancy).

7.Personal data

7.1. The processing of personal data provided by the User when filling out the form is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

8.Dispute resolution

8.1. The parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement through negotiation.

8.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to a court at the Agency's place of business in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

9.Final provisions

9.1. This Agreement is valid indefinitely and applies to all of the User's visits to and use of the Site.
